Welcome to CrossFit Phoenix Athletix Club
We are a CrossFit gym located in Vienna, Virginia! The PAC full-body workout is designed to give you fast and lasting results in the most effective way. During the 50-minute workout, you will perform multiple intervals designed to improve energy levels, increase metabolism, and advance overall fitness performance. The PAC method uses state of the art concepts of cross, interval, and speed training using little machines, mostly weights with natural, functional body movements and fundamentals to keep your body burning fat for hours after your workout. Our highly experienced coaches scale each workout to your fitness level and guide you through the movements. By becoming a part of PAC, you will become a part of a team who will provide you with support that will push you further than you would ever push yourself. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete we want you to reach your maximum potential every day. Our goal is for you to train to be healthy, have fun and improve your core strength and conditioning.
Meet the Coaches
Chris Hafer has a high degree of training and knowledge in the area of health and fitness. He majored in Health Science at the University of California, Fresno State and received the All American in wrestling and was a member of the state championship team. He is certified in Personal Training, CrossFit, and Olympic Lifting and is also certified with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Coach Hafer specializes in CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting and Collegiate Sports Training. His numerous years of experience in athletics, health, nutrition and fitness have given him the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and have allowed him to come up with routines that are specific to each individual client.
Milton Zuniga brings a passion for health and fitness to the coaching team. He has 6-years of experience in personal training, strength and conditioning and weight-loss management as well as 5-plus years work experience in the medical field. Milton is certified with the International Sports Medicine Association, American Aerobic Association International and CrossFit. In addition to coaching, he has training experience in boxing, kick boxing, muay thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Milton enjoys and is fully committed to helping others to move better, improve their health and reach their fitness goals and potentials.
