Coach Chris
Coach Chris

Chris has a high degree of training and knowledge in the area of health and fitness. He majored in Health Science at the University of California, Fresno State and received the All American in wrestling and was a member of the state championship team. He is certified in Personal Training, CrossFit, and Olympic Lifting and is also certified with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Coach Hafer specializes in CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting and Collegiate Sports Training. His numerous years of experience in athletics, health, nutrition and fitness have given him the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and have allowed him to come up with routines that are specific to each individual client.

Coach Deena
Coach Deena

Deena is a Level 1 CrossFit and CrossFit Kids instructor. Deena has an impressive and diversified background in both work and fitness. She is a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), where she achieved a BS in merchandising and management as well as a minor in economics. In her youth, Deena was a highly trained athlete participating in both division 1 soccer and basketball, as well as swim, dance and softball. Deena’s excellence in soccer allowed her to be selected for the Olympic Development Program as a part of their youth division. Deena’s love for fitness and athleticism continues as an adult. She is well versed in all aspects of the cross-training programs and is dedicated to encouraging individuals to lead fit and healthy lifestyles.
Coach Deena

Coach Kian
Coach Kian

Kian is a Level 1 CrossFit and CrossFit Kids instructor. Sports and athleticism have played an important role in Kian’s life as he was an avid soccer player and swimmer. Following multiple foot reconstruction surgeries, athletics took a back seat as he began his road to recovery. Kian began participating in CrossFit as a way to re-build his strength following his surgeries. CrossFit allowed him to see the “light at the end of the tunnel” as he immediately saw the benefits of the training. Through this experience Kian has cultivated a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals- even those goals that seem unattainable.

Coach Rachel
Coach Rachel

Rachel is a Level 1 CrossFit Instructor with a certification in CrossFit Gymnastics. She has been coached by some of the best, attending Michael Cohen's Olympic Weightlifting Seminar and CH Fitness & Performance's Weightlifting Mini Camp by Cara Heads Slaughter and Oscar Chaplin III.

Rachel's love of athletics began during her ten years as a gymnast. In high school she was on the volleyball team, ran track and field, and placed first in the VHSL State Cheerleading Championship as a varsity cheerleader. With a passion for fundraising, she has competed in triathlons for the Gals for Cal (Duchennes Muscular Dystrophy) and has ran for TAPS (Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors). After being introduced to CrossFit in 2013 following the birth of her second child, she began competing in local individual, partner, and team CrossFit Competitions where she has had several podium finishes.

Prior to following her passion for fitness, Rachel worked for over 11 years in the finance and accounting industry. She is currently an accounting student at George Mason University's School of Business and a certified Notary Public.

Renae is a certified Level 2 CrossFit instructor and is also a certified USA-Weightlifting coach, CrossFit Kids instructor, certified personal trainer, and a background in corrective exercise and rehabilitation as well. She has been coaching and personal training for four years, and is currently finishing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at George Mason University.

Renae is a certified Level 2 CrossFit instructor and is also a certified USA-Weightlifting coach, CrossFit Kids instructor, certified personal trainer, and a background in corrective exercise and rehabilitation as well. She has been coaching and personal training for four years, and is currently finishing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at George Mason University.

Bora is a Level 1 CrossFit instructor with 5+ years of experience coaching athletes of all levels. She also brings 15 years of experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, and competitive swim programming. She believes that everyone should reap the benefits of wellness and share her passion by encouraging others to improve their health, quality of life, and level of fitness.

Bora is a Level 1 CrossFit instructor with 5+ years of experience coaching athletes of all levels. She also brings 15 years of experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, and competitive swim programming. She believes that everyone should reap the benefits of wellness and share her passion by encouraging others to improve their health, quality of life, and level of fitness.

Coach Milton

Milton brings a passion for health and fitness to the coaching team. He has 6-years of experience in personal training, strength and conditioning and weight-loss management as well as 5-plus years work experience in the medical field. Milton is certified with the International Sports Medicine Association, American Aerobic Association International and CrossFit. In addition to coaching, he has training experience in boxing, kick boxing, muay thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Milton enjoys and is fully committed to helping others to move better, improve their health and reach their fitness goals and potentials.

Brittany shares her love for health and fitness in both the performance and rehabilitative areas. She has been coaching CrossFit for 2+ years and leads group classes for youth, adult, and master’s level athletes. She specializes in exercise programming and corrective exercise instruction. Coach Brit is certified with the NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds certificates in CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids. In addition to fitness training, Coach Brit is a rehabilitative technician at a Physical Therapy office in Haymarket.
