CrossFit is mixed interval functional workouts performed at high intensity – this means you will be performing workouts that burn more fat in a shorter amount of time!
Don’t worry first timers! The PAC foundations program will teach you everything you need to know in just 4 one-on-one sessions with our head coach.
The PAC Open gym membership allows for athletes to train on their own with our state-of-the-art Rogue equipment.
OLYMPIC LIFTING CLINIC (08/06 – 09/24)
The PAC Olympic Lifting will help you develop the skills necessary to effectively perform the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Coaches will focus on developing technique, speed and power for all athletes of all skill levels perfecting lifts depending on what the athlete needs. Coaches will provide you with take home drills to practice on your own. We will help you work towards personal goals. Classes are held every Sunday from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
The PAC boot camp is an alternative for those that might be intimidated by cross-training. We keep the workouts simple and lightweight. Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am-9:30am and from 3:00pm-4:00pm.
Personal training will give you the opportunity to develop the most effective program for you based on your personalized fitness goals. The coach will help maximize your time by providing workouts designed to meet your goals quickly and efficiently. The primary clients who will benefit from the PAC personal training program are: beginners, athletes training during the off-season for in-season competitions, athletes seeking to improve in overall strength and injury rehabilitation.
