Foundation classes are our beginner classes and are designed to prepare individuals for ongoing strength training. You will be required to complete 4 foundation classes. Our foundations program will introduce you to basic and fundamental movements as well as skills that will be needed to safely perform our workouts. You will learn the movements at your own pace.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman's CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.

Membership options:
Chicks (3-5): Limited- 2 classes/week
Little Birds (7-12): Limited- 2 classes/week
Big Birds (13-18): Limited- 2 classes/week

Personal training will give you the opportunity to develop the most effective program for you based on your personalized fitness goals. The coach will help maximize your time by providing workouts designed to meet your goals quickly and efficiently. The primary clients who will benefit from the PAC personal training program are: beginners, athletes training during the off-season for in-season competitions, athletes seeking to improve in overall strength and injury rehabilitation.
