At Phoenix Athletix Club, we offer a variety of training programs to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

No matter what program you choose, you will be working with experienced coaches in a supportive and encouraging environment designed for your success.

Our classes are structured around a group workout environment where you receive one-on-one attention from coaches who’s number one priority is your comfort and safety. Every day, you will be guided through a warm up, proper strength and skill development, and a workout of the day (WOD).

Our workouts include variations of strength training, cardio, weightlifting and gymnastics to provide a comprehensive fitness routine designed for improved performance and sustainable progress. By bringing together all the major fitness modalities in varied formats, we are able to create the most effective full-body workout that will improve fitness at all levels.

In addition to CrossFit classes, we offer CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Teens, bootcamp classes, and personal training.
