Chris is a CrossFit Level 1 instructor, International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) certified personal trainer, and Olympic weightlifting certified instructor. With a 25 year career in the field of health and fitness, he has developed extensive expertise in CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting, and collegiate sports training.
An athlete himself, he majored in Health Science at the University of California, Fresno State, received the All American in wrestling and was a member of the state championship team.
His experience in athletics, health, nutrition and fitness has given him the ability to work with a diverse clientele and develop specialized routines specific to each individual client.

Kian is a CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids instructor. As an avid soccer player, sports and athleticism have always played a significant role in Kian’s life. Following multiple foot reconstruction surgeries, athletics took a back seat as he began his road to recovery. Kian began participating in CrossFit as a way to rebuild his strength following his surgeries. He immediately saw the benefits of the training and developed a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, even those that seem unattainable.
As a coach, Kian is passionate about working with kids and teens and inspiring them to lead healthy lives. He is the Head Coach and Director of our Crossfit Kids and Teens program.

Phil is a CrossFit Level 1 and USA Weightlifting certified coach. He has been a personal trainer for over a year, working with a wide variety of clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. In addition to CrossFit and personal training, Phil has coached and played varsity baseball for a number of years.
Although Coach Phil graduated with a degree in Information Systems, he shifted his path prior to graduating in order to dedicate his time to helping people live happier, healthier lives through fitness. He is passionate about helping everyone reach their fitness goals and live active lives with the belief that fitness is not only fun, but can help us all improve our confidence and achieve amazing things.

Charles is a CrossFit Level 2 instructor and a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach. As an accomplished lifelong athlete, he was part of the 2008 Men’s Rugby Collegiate National Championship Team. Charles was first introduced to CrossFit in 2010 and has gone on to make consistent gains in his personal fitness, including taking the title of 2014 Northern Virginia’s Strongest Man.
Charles is passionate about exercise, human physiology, and helping others translate their hard work and achievements from the gym to real life. The team spirit and common bonds of CrossFit inspired Charles to become a coach in 2013. As a coach, Charles seeks to inspire his athletes to believe they are capable of anything with hard work and dedicated practice.

Rachel is a CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Gymnastics instructor. She has been coached by some of the best, attending Michael Cohen’s Olympic Weightlifting Seminar and CH Fitness & Performance’s Weightlifting Mini Camp by Cara Heads Slaughter and Oscar Chaplin III.
Rachel’s love of athletics began during her ten years as a gymnast. As a youth, she also participated in volleyball, track and field, and varsity cheerleading. After being introduced to CrossFit in 2013 following the birth of her second child, she began competing in local competitions where she has several podium finishes.

Milton is a CrossFit Level 1 instructor. He has 6 years of experience in personal training, strength and conditioning, and weight-loss management. In addition to CrossFit, Milton is certified with the International Sports Medicine Association and American Aerobic Association International. He has training experience in boxing, kick boxing, muay thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Milton is passionate and fully committed to helping others move better, improve their health, and reach their fitness goals.

Deena is a CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids instructor. Deena has been an athlete since a young age, participating in soccer, basketball, swim, dance, and softball. As a youth, Deena’s excellence in soccer allowed her to be selected for the Olympic Development program. Deena continues her love for fitness and athleticism as an adult and continues to gain expertise in various training programs. She is passionate about helping individuals lead healthy and fit lifestyles.
