Step 2 - Foundations

If you are new to CrossFit, you will be enrolled in our Foundations program to learn the basics of CrossFit in four one-on-one sessions with one of our experienced coaches.  

Step 3 – Choose a Program 

We offer a wide selection of programs at PAC to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are looking for group classes or personal training, we have the right program for you!
