Our CrossFit program employs constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity to effectively improve overall fitness. These workouts consist of strength training, weightlifting, gymnastics and aerobic exercises. By bringing together all the major fitness modalities in varied formats, we are able to create the most effective full-body workout that will improve performance at all levels.
We structure our classes to provide you personal training in a group setting. Our classes range from 5-15 athletes, giving the coaches the ability to train you one-on-one in every class. The coaches will spend time leading athletes through strength and skill development, providing you with individualized instruction based on your specific needs and abilities. Following the strength and skill portion of the class, you will complete a workout of the day designed to maximize metabolic conditioning and muscular endurance. Our trainers and daily workouts provide a holistic approach to fitness to deliver the most effective one hour workout possible.
crossfit kids & teens
Our kids & teens program provides your child with specialized instruction to promote proper physical and emotional development throughout childhood and adolescence. By instilling a strong foundation of the fundamentals of fitness, our program prepares them to live active and healthy lifestyles through adulthood.
Our coaches have specialized training to teach kids of all levels, and are passionate about providing a safe environment for children to learn the essentials of fitness.
Kids (ages 6-12):
Tuesday and Friday from 4:30 - 5:10 pm.
Teens (ages 13-18):
Tuesday and Friday from 5:10 - 6 pm; Saturday from 10-11 am.
Whether you are weary of weightlifting or are simply looking for more cardio and metabolic conditioning, our bootcamp offers high-intensity interval training (HIIT) without the weightlifting. We keep the workouts simple and lightweight - employing kettlebells, dumbbells, body weight movements and cardio elements to give you a powerful full body workout.
Our foundations program offers specialized instruction for those new to CrossFit. Our experienced coaches will lead you through 4 one-on-one sessions to guide you through the basic elements of CrossFit and provide the foundation needed for success.
Personal training with one of our highly skilled coaches provides an opportunity to pursue your health and fitness goals on an individual basis. From exercise to nutrition, working one-on-one with a trainer allows for the most specific coaching and guidance possible.
Our coaches create individualized plans based on your needs and capabilities to help you improve performance and reach your goals.
The open gym membership allows athletes to train on their own using our state-of-the-art Rogue equipment.
